1. Our Pricing Structure
Our fees are determined based on the complexity, scope, and urgency of the Xactimate estimate requested. We aim to provide fair and competitive pricing that reflects the expert level of detail and accuracy our estimators deliver.
Custom Quotes: For most projects, we provide a custom quote based on the specific requirements and documentation you submit through our Request an Estimate form.
Factors Influencing Cost: Factors such as the type of loss (e.g., water, fire, mold), property size, number of affected areas, complexity of damages, and desired turnaround time will influence the final cost of the estimate.
Promotional Offers: New clients may be eligible for specific promotional offers, as detailed during the estimate request process.

2. Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment options designed for your convenience:
Payment Due Date: Payment for services rendered is typically due upon delivery of the completed. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your quote or service agreement.

3. Estimate Revisions Policy
We strive for 100% accuracy and client satisfaction. We understand that project details can evolve, or additional information may become available.
Included Revisions: Each agreed price estimate includes unlimited to address any initial discrepancies, omissions, or minor scope adjustments based on the original documentation provided. Per hour services do not include revisions.
Scope Changes: Significant changes to the project scope, new damages discovered after the initial submission, or requests for changes based on information not provided at the outset may be subject to additional charges. We will always communicate any potential additional costs for such revisions upfront.
Timeline for Revisions: Requests for revisions should be submitted within 7 days to 14 days of receiving the initial estimate to ensure timely adjustments.
4. Service Guarantee & Corrections
Your satisfaction is paramount. If you identify a demonstrable error or omission made by Clearline Solutions within the scope of the documentation provided, we will correct it promptly and at no additional charge. Our commitment is to deliver accurate and defensible Xactimate estimates.
