Do I need an Xactimate license to work with you?
No. We deliver completed estimates as clean PDF packages ready to send to carriers or clients. If you do hold an active Xactimate license or an adjuster is requesting it, we can also email the native .ESX data file to you.
What is the difference between a revision and a supplement?
Revisions are always free. Edits, minor corrections, and line-item updates to your original file cost nothing extra.
Supplements are quoted separately. Any addition of new scope, like extra rooms, units, or uncovered damage, requires a price quote and turnaround time before work begins.
What documentation should I send?
Send photos, sketch or floorplans, scopes, and carrier guidelines/pricing. If you have limited documentation, send what you have and we will draft an estimate.
How quickly will I receive my estimate?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Smaller files take 2–8 hours, while large files require 1–3+ business days. Rush processing is available upon request.
